MUSIC

A note from Kenny:
Caleb Collins is quickly becoming one the Christian music's most sought after writers. His church background and sense of worship is very evident when he sits to write. I had the awesome opportunity to sit with him to work on this piece just before going into the studio to record my first solo release with Daywind Records.

I brought to the writing session the original concept, but I had hit a creative wall that prevented me from continuing the thought. Caleb was able to capture my intent, and add his own perspective that gave the song a distinctly "Pentecostal" feel. This shouldn't be too surprising since that is Caleb's church heritage.

In its most basic package, the song is a plea for anyone and everyone to discount their own feelings of inferiority, and allow the God of grace who knows no reason to not love, forgive and accept us as we are, even with all of the things - good or bad - that we bring along.

-VERSE 1
You say your past rules your tomorrow.
You say your sin has taken you too far.
You say your life is shattered and broken.
But my God today knows just where you are.

-CHORUS
It's never too late for you to start over.
It's never too late to begin again.
It's never too late to run to the Father.
It's never too late. It's never too late.

-VERSE 2
He say's your past can soon be forgotten.
And He says your sins can be washed away.
He says your life can be healed and mended.
And God says today it's never too late.

-CHORUS
It's never too late for you to start over.
It's never too late to begin again.
It's never too late to run to the Father.
It's never too late. It's never too late.

-CHORUS
It's never too late for you to start over.
It's never too late to begin again.
It's never too late to run to the Father.
It's never too late. It's never too late.

-CHORUS
It's never too late. It's never too late.
It's never too late. It's never too late.
It's never too late. It's never too late.
It's never too late. It's never too late.
